Project title: Development of the potential of the Silesian Aviation Cluster by expanding its offer in the field of innovative products and services offered to cluster members.
Information system, internet platform creating a database of entities forming the drone market in Poland Scope of the Information Database of the BSP ecosystem (IBD BSP) The IBD BSP internet platform will be a central point for collecting information about the Polish drone market. The premise for its creation is the large number of dispersed stakeholders (companies, research units) that are individually involved in creating components and entire BSP systems.
Their dispersion, small size of operations and short period of activity mean that they have limited mutual knowledge about each other. This results in repeated work on similar technologies, difficulties in integrating different solutions and searching for synergies in order to build national solutions in the field of manufacturing and use of drones. Purpose of IBD BSP: building a nationwide database of entities participating in the value chain of the BSP ecosystem, available technological solutions, research and development work, their purpose, level of advancement, etc. The aim of IBD BSP is to facilitate orientation for entities interested both in production and in using BSP technologies and systems. Integrators and system manufacturers are to have easier access to individual technology providers, as well as components and subsystems suppliers. Final customers and state institutions (e.g. Ministry of Infrastructure) are to have access to knowledge about potential domestic solutions in the field of BSP.
Thanks to the drone IT platform, companies or public institutions will be able to: Identify and find potential suppliers; Submit their requirements; Generate a pre-qualification questionnaire; Prepare an invitation to tender and an invitation to negotiate; Place a request for quotation; Receive proposals submitted by suppliers; Evaluate suppliers; Conduct additional negotiations and decide on signing a contract; Manage the contract process; Cooperate effectively with the supplier of a product, subsystem or technology and know-how.
