The Website is operated by the Śląski Klaster Lotniczy Association with its registered office in Kaniów (43-512), ul. Stefana Kóski 43, Tax ID (NIP): 5472085992, REGON: 24086188, KRS: 257988.
The Website operates in accordance with the provisions of these Terms of Service.
The Terms of Service define the types and scope of Services provided electronically via the Website, as well as the rules for providing these Services.
Every User is obliged to comply with the provisions of the Terms of Service.
In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, and other applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
§ 2 Definitions
Terms of Service – these Terms of Service of the Website.
Registration – creation by a Website Visitor of an Account (dedicated to Individual Users or Business Entities) within the Website.
Individual User Account – a collection of information about the registered Individual User and the actions performed by that User within the Services described in the Terms of Service, enabling their use.
Business Entity Account – a collection of information about the Business Entity, including in particular data of its enterprise or other organisational unit, the type of business or statutory activity conducted, and data concerning its activity within the Website.
Website/Service – the online portal operating at https://uavconnect.eu/ (including all subpages and functionalities, e.g. https://uavconnect.eu/firmy/).
Force Majeure – any event beyond the control of the Service Provider that causes the Website to be non-functional or improperly functional, or that affects any change in the provided Services, including their limitation or suspension. Force Majeure includes, in particular: natural disasters, acts of state authorities, wars, civil unrest, as well as any hacking attacks or cybercrime that affect the functioning of the Website or the availability of the Services.
Service – services provided electronically by the Service Provider, as referred to in § 3 of the Terms of Service.
Service Provider / ŚKL – Śląski Klaster Lotniczy Association with its registered office in Kaniów (43-512), ul. Stefana Kóski 43, NIP: 5472085992, REGON: 24086188, KRS: 257988, tel. +48 33 476 12 26, e-mail: skl@mail.com.
User – means a Website Visitor, Individual User, and Business Entity.
Website Visitor – any natural person accessing the Website via the Internet without registering or logging into an Individual User Account or Business Entity Account.
Individual User – a natural person acting in their own name, a natural person conducting business activity, or acting on behalf of a legal person or organisational unit without legal personality but capable of acquiring rights and incurring liabilities in its own name, who registers an account dedicated to Individual Users.
Business Entity – a natural person conducting business activity, a legal person, or an organisational unit without legal personality but capable of acquiring rights and incurring liabilities in its own name, who registers an account dedicated to Business Entities (“Companies”).
§ 3 Types and Scope of Services
ŚKL provides Website Visitors with the following free electronic services via the Website:
access to the content of the Website,
registration of an Individual User Account or Business Entity Account – in accordance with § 4 or § 5 below,
access to the list of registered Business Entities, their offers, services, and tenders,
access to news and information about the Website,
newsletter (upon providing an e-mail address and giving consent).
ŚKL provides Individual Users with the following free electronic services:
use of the Individual User Account – in accordance with § 4,
access to the list of Business Entities, their offers and tenders,
access to news and information,
newsletter,
access to the LinkedIn forum.
ŚKL provides Business Entities with the following paid electronic services (terms of payment in § 7):
use of the Business Entity Account – in accordance with § 5,
access to news and information,
newsletter,
access to the LinkedIn forum.
The Service Provider offers Business Entities a free “verified” badge (green shield with the text “Verified Certification from …/…/….”) displayed next to the company logo from the date of account verification is completed.
The badge is granted only after successful completion of the certification process based on publicly available data from the National Court Register (KRS) and/or CEIDG.
§ 4 Individual User Account
Website Visitors may register on the part of the Website dedicated to Individual Users, thereby creating an Account and becoming an Individual User.
Account creation requires:
filling in the registration form (mandatory fields: first name, last name, address, e-mail, phone number),
accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy,
(optional) consenting to receive the newsletter.
After submitting the form, a confirmation e-mail with a link is sent. The Account is activated upon clicking the link.
An Individual User with an active Account may, among other things:
view and edit their Account data,
use Account-dependent functionalities,
publish requests for quotations and needs,
access additional company information (staff, experience, technology) after signing an NDA,
send invitations to submit offers or negotiate,
rate Business Entities and leave references,
communicate with Business Entities via the built-in messenger,
conclude contracts using the qualified electronic signature service.
The Individual User may delete their Account at any time by sending an e-mail to skl@mail.com.
§ 5 Business Entity Account
Website Visitors may register on the part dedicated to Business Entities, thereby becoming a Business Entity.
Account creation requires filling in the registration form, providing company and contact details, accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and (optional) consenting to the newsletter.
After submitting the form, a confirmation link is sent via e-mail. The Account is activated upon clicking the link.
A registered Business Entity may, among other things:
view and edit Account data,
view customer needs,
express interest in negotiations,
send pre-qualification questionnaires and NDA templates,
share confidential information (after NDA),
respond to requests for quotations,
upload references received from customers.
The Business Entity may delete its Account at any time via the Website functionality or by e-mail to the Service Provider.
§ 6 Terms of Providing Services by Electronic Means
Users are obliged to provide true and accurate data.
The Service Provider may suspend (for up to 3 months) or permanently delete an Account in the event of violation of law or the Terms of Service, in particular if the User provides false data or infringes third-party rights.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the content of messages, offers, or correspondence exchanged between Users.
Users must use the Website in accordance with the law and good practices. It is prohibited to post illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
Users are fully liable for the content they publish.
§ 7 Payment and Service Performance
Use of a Business Entity Account is paid. Available plans: Normal and Premium (Premium gives priority placement in search results).
Payment methods: BLIK, bank transfer, payment card via external payment provider.
The Service is activated after successful payment. Failure to pay after the billing period results in suspension of the Service.
§ 8 Withdrawal and Termination
Business Entities acting in the course of their business activity are not entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to consumers.
Termination of the Account is possible at any time. Unused subscription fees are refunded pro-rata.
§ 9 Technical Requirements
Proper use of the Website requires an Internet-connected device with an up-to-date web browser.
Some functionalities may additionally require an e-mail account and/or a LinkedIn account.
§ 10 Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for content published by Users or for contracts concluded between Users.
The Service Provider is not liable for temporary unavailability caused by Force Majeure.
§ 11 Complaint Procedure
Complaints should be submitted via e-mail to skl@mail.com or in writing to the Service Provider’s registered address.
The Service Provider will respond to the complaint within 14 days.
§ 12 Confidentiality
Users are obliged to keep confidential any trade secrets they access through the Website.
Access to certain confidential information requires signing a separate NDA.
§ 13 Final Provisions
The User may request Account deletion at any time by e-mail to skl@mail.com.
These Terms of Service are governed by Polish law.
